Core Specifications & Material
Material: 100% premium polyester staple fiber. It delivers excellent toughness, abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, colorfastness and aging resistance, making it suitable for demanding operating environments including outdoor and humid conditions. It resists breakage and loosening over extended use, effectively preventing packaging damage caused by thread failure.
Specification: NE12/4 (Nm20/4). Its uniform yarn diameter and smooth feed characteristics support high-speed operation across all types of bag sewing machines, minimizing thread jams, skipped stitches and other issues to deliver neat, secure seams.
