Explore our Workshop
Based in Xinxiang, Henan, China, we run two production factories with 70,000 square meters of workshop space. Equipped with 70,000 spindles, we maintain a monthly production capacity of approximately 1,800 tons. Our operations are supported by around 600 skilled production employees and 13 accredited technical innovation certificates.
Full Production Workflow
Every meter of our polyester yarn and bag sewing thread is manufactured through a standardized 10-step process:
Opening & Blending → Carding → Drawing → Roving → Spinning → Cone Winding → Doubling → Two-for-One Twisting → Rewinding → Packaging
Rigorous quality inspection is conducted at every stage to guarantee consistent, worry-free quality for every meter of yarn delivered to customers.
